MyCivilHelp is a document preparation service operated by Tx Civil Help Inc, 5900 Balcones Dr #13025, Austin, TX 78731. We are not a law firm and we are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or recommendations about legal strategy.
At your direction, we prepare documents — such as an Appearance, a written Answer, and related filing materials — using information from public court records and information you provide. You review, approve, sign, and file all documents yourself. You make all decisions about your case.
We do not represent you in court, communicate with opposing parties on your behalf, predict the outcome of your case, or advise you which legal position to take. Information we provide about court procedures is general information, not legal advice.
Our fee is a flat charge stated before you pay, processed by Stripe. Court filing costs, if any, are separate (filing an Answer in Indiana courts is generally free for defendants).
Court deadlines apply to you regardless of our involvement. We work quickly, but you are responsible for filing on time. Contact us early; never wait until the last day.
No one can guarantee the result of a lawsuit, and we do not. Filing an Answer prevents an automatic default but does not decide the case.
