What we collect

Public court record information about cases (party names, case numbers, court events); contact information — either from public-record research services or provided by you; the content of your messages with us; and documents you choose to send us for preparing your paperwork. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To tell you about a public lawsuit that names you, to prepare documents at your direction, to support you while your case moves, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with the service providers needed to operate (messaging, email, payments) and as required by law.

Texts and email

Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored permanently.

Your choices

Email help@mycivilhelp.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep.

Security

Client information lives in access-controlled systems; documents are shared only with you. No system is perfect, but we treat your situation with the discretion we'd want for our own.
